REGISTRATION
2.1 Tournament fees must be submitted prior to deadline date.
2.2 Members have priority registration for series. Once the deadline has passed, non-members will be taken on a first come first served basis. Non-members may sign up for a waitlist for each event but money MUST BE in the office to get your name on the waitlist.
2.3 All registration must be done through the tour office. Tour staff will not accept any payment on site.
2.4 Registration closes at 5:00 pm eastern standard time the Friday before tournament week
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
3.1 Players have until 5:00 pm est. the THURSDAY before tournament week to withdraw from an event
3.2 Players withdrawing after the 5:00 pm est. deadline will forfeit entry fee
3.3 Medical withdrawals must submit a physician certification stating illness or injury. All documentation must be faxed to the tour office 843-399-5125 within 24 hours of withdrawing from the event. Voice messages and emails will not be accepted.
3.4 Once a player has started their round, no refund of entry fees will be given
3.5All Nationwide or PGA Tour exemptions will be granted a full refund. It is the player’s responsibility to call BEFORE your tee time to withdraw. YOU MUST CALL THE TOUR OFFICE. Refunds will be remitted from the Tour Office upon player’s request.  
*Credits unclaimed within 12 months of withdrawal will be forfeited. NOTE: After hours messages on the Tour Office Voice Mail will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!
