Web.com Tour QUALIFYING SCHOOL REIMBURSEMENTS
-Top Members from the Season Ending “Pro Series” Money list running from February 14, 2013 thru September 1, 2013, who have played in a minimum of twelve (12) events, shall have their 2013 Web.com Tour Qualifying School Fees Reimbursed as follows:
Eligibility: The player must be a member of the tour and compete in a minimum of twelve (12) events as a member during the 2013 season to be eligible. Members will be allowed a maximum of six (6) participated event exceptions. Following are exceptions that will qualify as member participated events:
a. If a member registers to play in an NGA Pro Golf Tour “Pro Series” event and afterwards gets into a concurrent Web.com, Euro, or PGA Tour event, either through a qualifier, their status on a waiting list, or by a sponsor’s exemption that event will be counted as a participated event. If a player withdraws from an NGA Pro Golf Tour “Pro Series” event for any reason other than participation in a concurrent PGA , Euro, or Web.com Tour event that event will be counted as a missed event.
b. If a member is granted an exemption into a Web.com, Euro, or PGA Tour event by the NGA Pro Golf Tour and that event runs concurrent with an NGA Pro Golf Tour “Pro Series” event that event will be counted as a participated event.
c. If a member participates in a PGA, Euro, or Web.com Tour event and, because of his play in that event, becomes exempt into a PGA or Web.com Tour event that runs concurrent with an NGA Pro Golf Tour event that event will be counted as a participated event.
It is the player’s responsibility to inform the NGA Pro Golf Tour office when playing in a PGA, Euro, or Web.com Tour event.
Reimbursements: A member must participate in the 2013 Web.com Tour Qualifying School to be eligible to receive reimbursement.
a. Those members receiving Full Exempt statuson the Web.com Tour through the 2013 Web.com Tour Qualifying School shall have their reimbursements issued in the form of a check up to a maximum of $4,500 to be paid to the player after the conclusion of the 2013 Web.com Tour Qualifying School.
b. All others will receive their reimbursement in the form of a credit up to a maximum of $4,500 issued for the 2014 Pro Series season. Players will have their credit put towards their 2014 Pro Series membership and the remaining balance towards 2014 Pro Series event entry fees only. If a player chooses not to use their reimbursement as a credit during the 2014 Pro Series season that player will forfeit all rights to that reimbursement.
c. Players who must go thru a Web.com Tour Qualifying School Pre-Qualifier will receive:
1. The value of their PGA Tour Qualifying School fees up to a maximum of $4,500, inclusive of their entry fee in the Pre-Qualifier, if they advance past the Pre- Qualifier Stage.
2. Only the value of their entry fee into the Pre-Qualifier if they are unable to advance past the Pre-Qualifier Stage
18 72-hole events March to August (More than any other tour in the United States outside of the PGA and Web.com Tours)
Opportunity to participate in 34 total events in-season (1 Members Shootout, 17 Pro Series, 13 Carolina Series, & 3 Q School Prep)
Only Tour other than PGA and Web.com Tour that conduct week-long (Shootouts, Long-Drive Contests, Pro-Ams) 72-hole events with a 36-hole cut
The NGA Pro Golf Tour will supply complimentary beverages & snacks during tournament play of each event.
Paid participant Pro Ams at selected events
Paid participant Long-Drive and Shootout contests at selected events
2014 Members receive priority for Volunteer Housing.
2014 Members receive player supplier equipment discounts.
Priority for participation in activities specific to each event (ie: long drive contests, fishing tournaments, poker tournaments, welcoming parties, vehicles for top money leaders, restaurant discounts, free local gym use, tickets to other sporting events, special purses for pro-ams and shootouts etc.)
Web.com Tour & PGA TOUR event exemptions (6 in 2010, 6 in 2011, 7 in 2012, 6 in 2013)
A Player must be willing to meet ALL Media requirements and requests associated with the specific event the exemption has been awarded for in order to be eligible to receive the event exemption.
